Privacy policy

Based on the new GDPR requirements, here is my privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Create.net or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Create.  You can reference the Create Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Personal information I collect.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly. This is the only information that I have about you.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

Information about my customers is important to my business. I do not share any of the information you have given me regarding your order to anyone apart from the following people in order to process and deliver your order to you as follows:

Create - I share information with Create as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the Create Terms Of Use.

Paypal - I share information with PayPal as necessary to provide you with a payment gateway to pay for your purchase.

Royal Mail - for posting your order. Your name and address will be on the envelope and if sending by Royal Mail Special Delivery I must provide details of what the item is that I am posting and the price.
