Together Always Jewellery Blog Competition

Posted on

This week my blog is about a jewellery blog competition I am entering to win a £100 Amazon voucher.

Any blogger can enter this competition which is to write about your favourite item, or items of jewellery which mean the most to you, and why they mean so much to you. To win and have your entry recorded you must put a code on your blog post which is further down this page or  you can find it on the Together Always website.

My favourite item of jewellery which means a lot to me and which I made myself for my daughter's wedding nearly four years ago now is this beautiful necklace, bracelet and earrings set.

my jewellery for my daughters wedding It is made of genuine Sapphire faceted rondelles, blue Mystic Topaz faceted rondelles and Preciosa Czech Glass blue faceted crystals.  The necklace has a trigger clasp and the bracelet a T-bar clasp.  The earrings are on silver plated ear wires. I love this set as it brings back memories of my daughter's wedding and blue is also my favourite colour. My wedding outfit was also blue.  I wore a pale blue flowered dress with dark blue jacket, blue hat and pale blue sling back shoes with matching handbag. I still have this outfit but have not worn it again.

I have only worn this jewellery set twice -  once at the wedding and then last year at a special birthday I had.  I really should wear it more often as it is a lovely jewellery set and brings back memories of the wedding each time I look at it.

This is the code to validate my entry in the competition:
